Lars Keller

Lars Keller has a diverse work experience spanning over different roles and industries. Lars began their career in 2005 as an IT-Officer, IT-Sicherheitsoffizier, Lehroffizier in the Bundeswehr Wir. Dienen. Deutschland, where they served until 2018. After that, they joined blu Systems GmbH as an IT-Security und Datenschutz Consultant, where they worked from November 2018 to September 2020. Most recently, Lars served at BayWa AG, starting as a Security Officer eBusiness from October 2020 to December 2022, and then transitioning to the role of Information Security Officer from January 2023 to August 2023. Currently, Lars holds the position of Head of Information Security at BayWa AG, starting in September 2023.

Lars Keller earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Informatik from Bundeswehr University Munich, which they attended from 2007 to 2010. Lars also obtained various certifications including Zusätzliche Prüfverfahrenskompetenz für §8a BSIG from AuraSec GmbH in 2022, ADA Schein (Ausbilder Eignungsprüfung) from IHK für München und Oberbayern in 2022, and ICO ISMS FOUNDATION according to TISAX ® from ICO International Certification Organization in 2020.
