Jonathan Birch is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic sales and talent acquisition. Currently serving as Team Leader - Strategic Sales and Senior Strategic Commercial Manager at Bayzat since April 2021, Jonathan is responsible for developing a sales pipeline for Tier 1 and Enterprise accounts in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, managing the sales cycle, and collaborating with businesses to enhance employee experiences through innovative solutions. Prior to this, Jonathan held various leadership roles at maptalent from 2017 to 2021, focusing on strategic relationships, recruitment, and executive search assignments across the Middle East. Jonathan’s early career includes positions at Engage Selection and the Bloomsbury Group, where Jonathan developed marketing strategies and enhanced customer engagement. Jonathan holds a degree from the University of Kent, obtained between 2007 and 2010.
