Nikita Kavalekar

Nikita Kavalekar has a strong background in account management and business development, currently serving as Team Leader of Commercial Account Management at Bayzat since June 2018. Prior roles at Bayzat include Senior Strategic Account Manager and Account Manager. Earlier experience includes working as an Account Executive at Links Insurance Brokers LLC from November 2016 to May 2018, and as a Business Development Manager at ARLO Associates for a brief period in 2016. Nikita holds a Master’s Degree in Business and Finance from the University of Reading, obtained between 2014 and 2015, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Mithibai College, completed in 2014.
