Aiste Paunksnyte

Aiste Paunksnyte's work experience begins in 2011 as a Waitress and later a Shift Manager at Pizza Hut Restaurants UK. In 2013, they became an Assistant Manager at Hollywood Bowl Group Plc. From 2016 to 2020, Aiste worked at Autovista Group, starting as a People & Performance Assistant and progressing to the role of HR Systems Analyst & Trainer. In 2020, they joined Lidl Lietuva UAB as a Junior SAP HR Consultant for a few months before transitioning to Bazaarvoice. At Bazaarvoice, Aiste held various roles, including HRIS Analyst, Senior People & Talent Operations Analyst, and currently People & Talent Operations Manager.

Aiste Paunksnyte completed their education starting from 2003 to 2007 at Siauliai Didzdvaris Gymnasium. Then, from 2007 to 2011, they attended the University of Siauliai, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Marketing. In 2009 to 2010, Aiste furthered their education at the Polytechnic Institute of Braganca, where they pursued another Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Marketing. Later, in 2015 and 2016, they attended the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and obtained an Intermediate Certificate in L&D (Learning and Development).
