Kathleen Carroll

Kathleen Carroll currently serves as the Manager of Talent Management at WalkMe™ since July 2022, leading the global performance cycle and managing people data and analytics. Prior to this role, Kathleen was a Senior Learning and Development Specialist at HireRight from August 2021 to July 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing the onboarding experience for new hires. Kathleen's experience also includes a long tenure at Orange County Public Schools from August 2007 to August 2021, where roles encompassed instructional coaching, curriculum development, and teaching, earning accolades such as Teacher of the Year in 2019 and OCPS Hero Teacher in 2018. Kathleen is pursuing a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership at the Florida Institute of Technology and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from Rollins College.
