Ali Spinks

Ali Spinks has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Ali started their career at Cisco in 2001 as a Sales Enablement Manager for the Commercial sector. Ali worked in this role for ten years until 2011. In 2012, they joined Quadmark - Better Business Outcomes as a Senior Consultant and worked there until 2013. In the same year, they joined Bazaarvoice as the People & Talent Director for EMEA & APAC. Over the years, they held various roles at Bazaarvoice, including Senior Manager and Senior Director of People & Talent for EMEA. Ali Spinks is currently working at Bazaarvoice as the Senior Director of People & Talent for EMEA.

Ali Spinks received a BSc degree in Management Studies from Brunel University London. Furthermore, Ali obtained a certification in the DDI Success Profiles: Card Sort Analyst Workshop from DDI | Development Dimensions International in August 2020.
