Maryam Kassam

Maryam Kassam has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries.

Maryam began their career as a Customer Service Representative at Storesco Ltd. in February 2012, where they provided exceptional customer service until August of the same year.

In June 2013, Maryam worked as a Temporary Assistant at the Central Examination Office of RWTH Aachen, gaining valuable administrative skills before leaving in September.

Maryam then pursued their academic pursuits, joining RWTH Aachen University in 2015 for a Bachelor Thesis Project, completing it in August.

Maryam furthered their education at Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster, where they served as a Research Assistant from November 2016 to March 2017.

During their time there, they also undertook a Master Thesis Project from April to November 2017.

In February 2018, Maryam transitioned to the pharmaceutical industry, joining HARKE Pharma GmbH as a Technical Sales Manager until September 2021.

Most recently, they joined Bazaarvoice in January 2022 as a Technical Success Manager (German Speaker), and later moved on to become a Senior Technical Success Manager in June 2023, where they are currently employed.

Maryam Kassam completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Molecular and Applied Biotechnology at RWTH Aachen University from 2012 to 2015. Following that, they pursued their Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of Münster from 2015 to 2017.
