Nicole Green (Vallier)

Principal, Client Success - Global Brands at Bazaarvoice

Nicole (Vallier) Green has extensive work experience in client success and business development. Nicole began their career in 2003 at Aon Hewitt, where they worked as a Business Analyst and Setup Configuration Analyst. In these roles, they analyzed client needs, implemented system functionality, and updated systems to meet regulatory requirements.

In 2005, Nicole joined IRI as a Project Manager, where they coordinated, executed, and analyzed research projects for clients. Nicole also provided training and assistance to clients' market research and sales teams. In 2007, they transitioned to the role of Business Development Manager, where they captured new business and led problem-solving efforts with clients and internal teams. In 2011, they became a Client Insights Director, managing a portfolio of clients and guiding marketing and sales decisions.

Since 2013, Nicole has been working at Bazaarvoice. Nicole began as a Client Success Manager, creating and managing word-of-mouth strategies for a portfolio of enterprise clients. Nicole also worked with houses of brands to develop and implement effective strategies across business units. In 2018, they were promoted to Senior Client Success Manager, where they continued to mentor team members and drive client success. Most recently, they hold the position of Principal, Client Success - Global Brands, where they are responsible for ensuring the success of global brand clients.
