Tara Bauerschlag

Tara Bauerschlag has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Tara currently works at Bazaarvoice as a Workforce Operations CAS Specialist since August 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Pax8 as a Market Development Specialist from January 2021 to December 2021. From December 2018 to January 2021, they served as an Accounting Coordinator at United Way for Greater Austin.

Before transitioning to these roles, Tara was a co-owner of a flag company called Wild Standard, where they fulfilled various operational, financial, client service, sales, shipping, receiving, and marketing responsibilities from October 2014 to October 2018. Prior to that, they worked at Ramming Companies and was responsible for administrative and organizational tasks, subcontractor management, state compliance auditing, and contracts management.

In 2012, Tara worked as an Administrative Assistant at Klotz Associates, providing administrative support to the engineering staff. Tara also had a role as a Human Resources Administrative Assistant at Calendar Club from March 2011 to February 2012, where they processed new employee paperwork, oversaw safety inspections, and designed and implemented health, wellness, and safety programs.

Throughout their career, Tara has gained experience in workforce operations, market development, accounting coordination, co-ownership, administrative support, compliance, cost administration, contracts management, and human resources administration.

Tara Bauerschlag attended Austin Community College from 2008 to 2010, where they pursued a field of study in General Studies. Tara did not obtain a specific degree during this time.
