Leonid Shkolnik

Leonid Shkolnik is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in purchasing, operations, and strategic management across various sectors, particularly in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as the Crude Oil & Natural Gas Purchasing Manager at Oil Refineries Ltd. since February 2012, Leonid has previously held significant leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer at On Clinic International and Marketing Director for Eastern Europe at Spetrotec Ltd. Notably, at ORANTA, Leonid contributed to the development of a life insurance subsidiary and served as an advisor to the board. Earlier experience includes trading coal at Glencore and strategic planning at NCSC Ltd. Leonid began a career in the Israel Defense Forces as a budget officer. Leonid holds an MBA from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and a BA in Economics from Bar-Ilan University.
