Maayan Davidzon

Maayan Davidzon has extensive experience in various industries, starting in 2000 as a Scuba Diving Instructor at Aqua Sport Eilat. Moving into roles as Microbiologist at Oplon-pure science, QC Analyst at Protalix Biotherapeutics, and progressing to leadership positions at Phoenicia Flat Glass Industries Ltd, such as Chemical Laboratory Manager, Head of Production, and Head of Technology and Process Manager. Currently, Maayan serves as the Director of Operation at Gadiv, BAZAN Group Oil Refineries Ltd, with responsibilities including managing the production department and overseeing employees and departments to ensure operational efficiencies.

Maayan Davidzon holds a Bachelor of Science in Botany with a focus on biotechnology, genetics, and breeding from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, which was completed from 2003 to 2006. maayan then pursued a Master of Science in Biotechnology from the same university from 2007 to 2009. Later on, they earned a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 2015 to 2017.
