Leonardo Fernandes Augusto

Leonardo Fernandes Augusto is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and innovation within various companies. Currently serving as CEO and Chief Operating Officer at Bazar do Consórcio since November 2022, Leonardo previously held the position of Head of Innovation at iFood from May 2021 to November 2022. At Dafiti Group, Leonardo advanced from Business Analyst in April 2017 to key leadership roles including Head of Merchandising and Sales Performance Brasil, as well as Head of Planning & Pricing, where responsibilities included developing innovative strategies, overseeing pricing and inventory management, and leading a large commercial team. Educationally, Leonardo holds a Bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering from USP and an MBA in Economics and Business Management from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa, alongside further studies at the Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto.
