Phil Rundall

Phil Rundall has over a decade of experience in engineering management and continuous improvement, currently serving as the Continuous Improvement Manager at Bazooka Farmstar since October 2019. Prior to this role, Phil was the Manufacturing Engineering Manager at CIVCO Medical Solutions from February 2016 to September 2018. Earlier in career, Phil held various engineering management positions at HNI Corporation from July 2010 to November 2015. Phil earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University, completing studies in 1998.
