Ana Tomašić

Ana Toma has extensive experience in training and development, currently serving as the Head of Learning Programs at BCR since April 2012. In this role, Ana supports and performs the analysis, design, and development of comprehensive training initiatives aimed at enhancing leadership capabilities and technical skills across the organization. Previous positions at BCR include Training Coordinator and Training Consultant, where responsibilities encompassed evaluating training needs and managing learning programs. Prior to BCR, Ana worked as a Training Coordinator at Bell Bucharest, focusing on academic and human resources procedures. Ana’s career began at International House Bucharest as a Courses Manager, where responsibilities included developing HR policies and managing training programs. Ana holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Bucharest.
