Joel Bendicion has over two decades of experience in the quality and process engineering fields. Currently serving as Quality Engineering Manager at B&B Manufacturing since 2004, Joel previously held the position of Quality Engineering Supervisor at the same company. Prior to this, Joel worked as Process Engineering Supervisor at ON Semiconductor from 1997 to 2004, which was formerly known as AMI Semiconductor. Joel’s career began as an Engineering Intern at Toyota Motor Corporation in 1995. Joel holds a degree in Manufacturing Engineering and Management, specializing in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from De La Salle University, which was completed in 1996.
