Steve Agrella has more than three decades of experience in manufacturing and assembly management. Currently serving as Assembly Manager at B&B Manufacturing since August 2000, responsibilities include leadership, coaching, and continuous improvement initiatives, alongside writing process work instructions and conducting value stream mapping. Previously, as Manufacturing Manager at Preece Inc from June 1986 to July 2000, Agrella specialized in Total Quality Management and oversaw various manufacturing operations, including machining and inventory management, while engaging in cross-functional engineering teams. Agrella’s early career includes service in the US Navy from 1971 to 1977. Agrella is an IPC certified solder instructor and a Lean Manufacturing specialist.
