Laure Bertrand

Laure Bertrand is a seasoned technical service manager at Elkem Silicones, leading the Technical Service Laboratory for Sealing and Bonding applications since January 2017. Expertise spans various markets including Domestic Appliances, Aeronautics, Electronics, Automotive, Solar, and Energy. Prior experience includes serving as the material technical lead for Plastics Composites Adhesives and Sealants at Volvo Trucks from 2012 to 2017, overseeing technical responsibilities and managing a team of four. Laure also held the position of technical leader for Adhesives and Sealants at ALTEN, providing consulting for Volvo Trucks' Materials Technology Laboratory, and was project manager at GERGONNE INDUSTRIE, specializing in the development of industrial adhesives. Laure holds a degree in Material Chemistry from SIGMA Clermont, obtained in 2007.
