Déborah Lazzarini has a background in Psychology and extensive experience in human resources and strategic management. Déborah has worked in various roles, including as a senior analyst at BB Seguros, where Déborah focuses on recruitment, communication, and mental health in the workplace. Prior to this, Déborah worked at Banco do Brasil and CNA, gaining experience in customer service and teaching.
