Greg Gall

Greg Gall has held various positions throughout their career. Greg started at NECA as a Manager before moving on to Allied Signal as the Senior CMM Process Improvement Director. After that, they became the Vice President and CIO at Fireman's Fund Insurance, where they implemented a strategic vision for the IT organization and reduced annual expenses. Greg then worked at Orange Lake Resort as the Sr. Director PMO, aligning business projects with corporate objectives and implementing various IT solutions. Greg also worked at Tempus Resorts International, Tek Systems, and Walt Disney World in Program Management and Master Data Management roles. Currently, Greg is the Senior Global Director of Technology at BBA Aviation plc, where they have implemented project governance and established executive dashboard reporting.

Greg Gall earned their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Rutgers University in the years 1981 to 1985. In addition, they obtained a CMM (Capability Maturity Model) Assessment Certification from Carnegie Mellon University during 1995 to 1996, focusing on the field of study in Capability Maturity Model.
