Kevin Butts

Kevin Butts has extensive experience in IT support and systems management, currently serving as an Information Technology Systems Technician II at BBA Aviation plc since May 2017. At Optum, Inc., since October 2014, Kevin has worked as an Associate IT Systems Management Analyst II, providing desktop support for executives and coordinating incident response activities. Previous roles include Level II Desktop Support Specialist at Orlando Utilities Commission and Migration Specialist at Lockheed Martin, where responsibilities encompassed user migrations and hardware installations. Kevin has also led IT support teams and managed hardware and software needs for large user bases at Norfolk Southern. With a solid educational background, including a BS in Technology Management from DeVry University and a BS in Information Systems Security from the University of Phoenix, Kevin has cultivated a diverse skill set focused on delivering quality IT support across various industries.
