Matthew J. Farrell, CCIM, serves as the CEO and Founder of Team CORE LLC since June 2018 and has been a Board Member of the Better Business Bureau since January 2009. Farrell is a Founding Board Member of the Catholic Foundation of Michigan since March 2017 and previously held the position of CEO and Co-Founder at CORE Partners from April 2006 to March 2021. Additionally, Farrell served as Chapter President and Board Member of the Entrepreneurs' Organization from June 2013 to June 2017, and held various leadership roles at the Michigan Commercial Board of REALTORS® from 2004 to December 2012, including Board President. Prior experience includes Vice President at Friedman Real Estate Group from February 2001 to April 2006, an Associate at Grubb & Ellis from May 1999 to February 2001, and Assistant Manager at Boyne USA from January 1998 to May 1999, where management of premier golf courses and a ski shop was undertaken. Matthew J. Farrell holds a degree from Michigan State University, attended the Eli Broad College of Business, and graduated from Rochester High School.
