Katherine Golden has a comprehensive work experience spanning various roles and industries. Katherine currently serves as the Chief Information Officer at OEConnection (OEC), a position they have held since September 2019. Prior to this, they worked as the Executive Vice President & Chief Technology Officer at OEC from January 2016 to September 2019.

Katherine Golden obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The Ohio State University in 2016. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Windsor in 2003. In 2002, they also received an Associate of Applied Science degree in Computer Information Systems from the Community College of Aurora. In addition to their academic qualifications, Katherine has obtained certifications in "Communicating with Transparency" from LinkedIn and "Certified Agile Leader" from the Center for Agile Leadership. Katherine is also a Certified Agile Leadership (CAL) practitioner accredited by Scrum Alliance.
