Shannon Siegferth

Shannon Siegferth, MBA, currently serves as the President and CEO of the Better Business Bureau since June 2017, where previous roles included Accreditation and Advertising Sales Manager and Sales Manager. Prior experience includes a position as Manager of Sales Administration and Meeting Planning at Kirby Company from June 2015 to June 2017, Operations Supervisor at LSG Sky Chefs from August 2013 to May 2014, and Petty Officer Second Class Food Service Specialist in the U.S. Coast Guard from May 2007 to July 2013. Shannon holds a Master of Business Administration from Northcentral University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Hospitality and Tourism Management from Robert Morris University.
