Stephen Shull

Stephen Shull has extensive experience in engineering and standards management, currently serving as the Engineering Director at BBC Electrical Services, Inc. since 2019. Prior to this role, Stephen held the position of Manager of Standards at Liberty Utilities - Empire District from January 2017 to June 2018. Stephen's long tenure at Empire District Electric Company spanned over 40 years, where Stephen also served as Manager of Standards from January 1976 to January 2017.
