Shannon McNulty-Clayton

Shannon McNulty-Clayton has a diverse and extensive work experience. Shannon currently works as the Director of Business Applications at Employbridge since 2024. Prior to that, they held various roles at Bullhorn, starting as a Managing Director in 2002 and progressing to Senior Strategic Consultant, Principal Strategic Consultant, and Sr Dir, Global Technical Consulting Services/Director, Global Strategic Consulting. At Bullhorn, they were responsible for managing teams, conducting assessments, offering recommendations, developing training programs, and improving workflow processes for clients. Shannon also worked at Addison Group as the Director of Human Resources and Director of Quality & Training, and at The LaSalle Network as the Vice President of Quality, Administration, Operations & Call Center Services and as a Managing Director. Overall, Shannon has a strong background in consulting, training, and improving operational efficiency in the staffing and recruitment industry.

Shannon McNulty-Clayton obtained an MBA in Business Administration and Management from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business, which was completed from 1988 to 1992. In addition, they received a Honored Member Certificate from The Worldwide Women's Association in October 2023 and obtained a certification in Skills for Inclusive Conversations from LinkedIn in 2020.
