Sean Wei is a seasoned firmware and software engineer with extensive experience in leading development teams and delivering innovative solutions. Currently serving as a Senior Firmware Engineer at BBPOS, a Stripe company, since May 2024, Sean previously held the role of Access Firmware Team Lead at Ubiquiti Inc., where leadership of a five-member team resulted in successful product migrations and cost-effective designs.
