Catherine Cannon

Catherine Cannon is an experienced IT professional with a solid background in technical support and quality assurance. Currently serving as an IT Technician at BBQGuys since April 2015, Catherine has also been a Technical Support/PRN Contractor with EbryIT since October 2010, contributing to the East Baton Rouge Parish School System through deployment, installations, imaging, and network support. Prior roles include Deployment Team Member at EbyIT from October 2010 to December 2014 and QA Tester/Contractor at ProUnlimited from March 2012 to June 2014, where responsibilities involved website quality assurance and reporting. Early experience includes an internship at the Louisiana Department of Insurance from May 2004 to January 2008, handling phone inquiries, document management, and assisting staff with computer-related issues. Catherine holds an Associate of Science degree in Computer Networking Systems from ITT Technical Institute-Baton Rouge, completed in 2010.
