Claudius Gutzwiller

Claudius Gutzwiller is an experienced software project manager currently employed at bbv Software Services Corp since May 2021. Prior to this position, Claudius held roles at Booking.com, including project manager overseeing a global initiative to implement a new SaaS strategy affecting over 400,000 hotel partners, and team leader for Partner Success in the EMEA region at BookingSuite, where Claudius managed cross-functional teams and developed management reporting dashboards. Previous experience includes managing the launch of OpenTable in Switzerland, serving as F&B Quality Manager at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts, and completing roles at Four Seasons Hotels and Hotel Baur au Lac. Claudius holds a Master’s degree in Tourism Management from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management from Les Roches International School of Hotel Management.
