Julio Sivira

Julio Sivira is a highly experienced finance and technology professional, currently serving as Senior Manager Solutions Development at BBVA Provincial since August 2009. In this role, Julio oversees the management, control, and implementation of strategic and mandatory IT projects, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy. Additionally, Julio holds a Senior Manager position at BBVA since October 2017, previously worked as Gerente Sistemas Medios de Pago at Banco de Venezuela from August 1998 to July 2009, and has extensive project leadership experience at EDS and Banco La Guaira. Julio earned a degree in Public Accounting from Universidad José María Vargas and a postgraduate degree in Information Systems Management from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello.
