Cristian Noriega Jugo has extensive work experience in the banking industry. Cristian started their career in 1999 at BBVA Banco Continental as an Executive of Business Banking, where they managed a portfolio of over 100 companies and provided guidance on financing options. In 2007, they moved to BBVA en Perú and held various roles, including Principal Manager UP Talent & Culture, Front Manager BP Talent & Culture, Sub Manager of Welfare (Benefits), Chief of Valuations and Development (Compensations), and People Manager in Human Resources. These roles involved responsibilities such as team management, talent development, compensation management, and employee well-being programs.
Cristian Noriega Jugo obtained a Licenciado degree in Business Administration from Universidad Ricardo Palma between 1995 and 2001. In 2004, they completed a Diploma in Corporate Finance at Universidad del Pacífico.
