Johnny Velásquez Justiniano has extensive experience in the financial and technology sectors, currently serving as Principal Manager for Core Clients at BBVA en Perú since July 2018, where additional roles include Tech Leader for Accounts and Leader in Reporting & Accounting. Prior to this, Johnny worked at BBVA Consumer Finance Edpyme from October 2013 to July 2018, managing operational technology applications and infrastructure. Additional experience includes positions as a Systems Analyst at Telefonica Gestión de Servicios Compartidos, Senior .Net Programmer at Zoluxiones Consulting, and various roles in earlier career stages. Johnny holds an engineering degree in Systems from Universidad Nacional de Trujillo and has furthered education with programs in digital transformation and business intelligence from prestigious institutions, including MIT Professional Education and Universidad del Pacífico.
