Patricia Novak has a strong work experience spanning several companies and roles. Patricia started their career at Profuturo AFP in 1993, where they served as the Jefe de las Divisiones de Servicio al Cliente Corporativo y Consumer. Patricia then held various managerial positions at Nextel del Perú S.A., TIM, and Claro Perú, focusing on customer service. Patricia joined Banco del Trabajo in 2006 as the Gerente de Atención al Cliente before moving to Telefónica Perú in 2007. At Telefónica Perú, they held the positions of Gerente de Telegestión y Nuevos Canales and Gerente de Contact Center, overseeing sales, post-sales, and customer loyalty strategies. In 2017, they joined BBVA Continental as the Head of Customer Wellness, and later in 2019, they took on the same role at BBVA. Patricia is known for their expertise in customer service, strategic management, and utilizing big data for performance enhancement.
From 2004 to 2005, Patricia Novak attended Escuela de Organización Industrial, where they pursued a Master's degree in Marketing Management and Commercial Management.
