Javier Jiménez Ruescas

Javier Jiménez Ruescas is a security architect at BBVA Technology en Europa, where responsibilities include managing risks related to security, regulations, fraud, and technological risks, as well as analyzing functional and technical requirements to identify threats. Previously, Javier served as the head of the Information Systems Department at TÉCNIcos en TASAción S.A. (Tecnitasa), focusing on Big Data utilization and improving automated appraisal methodologies. Javier has experience as an IT auditor at Banco de España and as a solutions assistant at everis, where development of a JAVA connector between SAP tools and Oracle UCM was undertaken. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Cybersecurity from Universidad Internacional de La Rioja and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos.
