Patricia Aparicio

Patricia Aparicio serves as the Global Head of People & Talent at BBVA Technology en Europa since October 2017, overseeing the company's long-term strategic initiatives to enhance its role as a technology leader and key partner in the digital transformation of major banking institutions. Previously, Patricia held the position of Technology Strategy Manager at Accenture, focusing on aligning technology and digital strategies with organizational goals. Earlier experience includes an internship at imec, involving research in photodiodes, and a support engineer role at Orange España, delivering technical support for telecommunications services. Patricia holds an Executive Master in Digital Business from Esade, a Business Strategy Certificate from INSEAD, and dual Master’s degrees in Telecommunications Engineering from KU Leuven and Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
