Ignacio Borrego Paramio is an experienced quantitative developer specializing in equity and foreign exchange integration at BBVA since November 2020. Prior to this role, Ignacio worked as a Senior Engineer in C++ at ARENA. FINANCIAL TECH and as a Software Engineer for Ericsson while at Altran España. Ignacio's career began at Indra as a Software Engineer focused on air traffic control systems. Ignacio holds a Master's degree in Technologies of Computing Applied to the Financial Sector from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Universidad de Oviedo. Ignacio is currently pursuing a degree in Economics at Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia and has also studied engineering at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
