Jesús Frej

Jesús Frej is a seasoned professional in employee communication, having served as the Head of Communications Management for culture and employee communication at BBVA from 2002 to 2016. Prior to this role, Jesús held various leadership positions, including Director of Formation and Director of Internal Communication, demonstrating expertise in internal communications strategies. Earlier in their career, Jesús worked as a manager at Ernst & Young and Coopers & Lybrand, alongside serving as a consultant at Krea Consultores from 1989 to 1995. Jesús obtained a Licenciado in Derecho from Universidad de Zaragoza between 1982 and 1987.
