Olcay Yagci

Olcay Yagci is a Managing Director in Debt Capital Markets at BBVA, a position held since 2023. Previously, Olcay served as a Managing Director at Nomura from 2017 to 2023, focusing on CEEMEA DCM and Sustainable Finance Syndicate, and at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from 2006 to 2016 in a similar capacity. Olcay's early career includes roles at Barclays and Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein. Academically, Olcay holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Ankara University, a Master of Arts in Political Economy from the University of Essex, and currently pursues a PhD in bond markets while holding a Master of Philosophy in Finance from Loughborough University.
