Raquel Ballesteros

Raquel Ballesteros has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the T&C - Unit Partner Front Head and HR BP for holding areas at BBVA since February 2007. In this role, Raquel oversees the implementation of HR policies and processes while supporting organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management. Additionally, Raquel has led the Training department in Spain, focusing on skill development and managing a team of fourteen members. Prior experience includes an analyst position at Iberia from June 1996 to June 1997. Raquel holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from IE Business School, an Executive Coach certification from EEC - Escuela Europea de Coaching, and a degree in Business Administration from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, along with a Master's degree from the same institution.
