Pedro López Soto-Yarritu

Pedro López Soto-Yarritu is the current Finance & Operations Director at BBVA AI Factory. Pedro has over 20 years of experience in finance and has held various positions at different companies.

Pedro started their career in finance at Heliocolor, S.A. (Grupo Hachette) in 1996 and was promoted to CFO in 2000. In 2002, they left Heliocolor to become the Director de Administración at Grupo Cantos Blancos. Pedro held this position for four years before joining GYOCIVIL as their Chief Financial Officer in 2009.

In 2012, Pedro joined BBVA as their Finance EMEA - Executive Director - C&IB. Pedro remained with the company for seven years before moving to their current position at BBVA AI Factory in 2019.

Pedro López Soto-Yarritu studied Ciencias Económicas y Empresariales at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and then went on to study at colegio San Agustin.

Pedro López Soto-Yarritu reports to Francisco Maturana Cremades, CEO. Pedro López Soto-Yarritu works with Jon Ander Beracoechea - Global Discipline Head Advanced Analytics, Jesus Renero - Head of Advanced Analytics, and Victor Adail Ferrer - Head of Lean Office.
