Asta Baumöller

Asta Baumöller is a seasoned People & Culture Consultant with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as an Interim People & Culture Consultant at Power for Democracies gGmbH and as the Founder of GLUU, Asta offers HR expertise and workshops through an innovative subscription model. Asta has held various significant roles, including Director of People & Culture at think moto and a Consultant at MELT.MEDIA BERLIN, focusing on employee retention strategies. Asta also contributes to academia as a member of the advisory board for a Master’s degree course at bbw Hochschule and has lectured at Hochschule Düsseldorf. Past leadership positions include Managing Director at VIVA Switzerland and Creative Director at VIVA Music Television. Asta holds a Diplom in Design/Visual Communication from Düsseldorf University of Applied Sciences and has additional educational credentials from both the Staatliche Akademie der Bildenden Künste Stuttgart and Purchase College, SUNY.
