Kaitlin Paulo Rodrigues

Kaitlin Paulo Rodrigues is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in event operations, design, and property management. Currently serving as Event Staff at BBW International Event Staff since May 2019, Kaitlin is trained in customer service and people management through the Front-Pro™ Program, contributing to various events and conferences in Toronto. As Designer and Founder of DesignedbyKaitlin since September 2017, Kaitlin creates unique capsule jewellery and home accessory collections by exploring diverse craft and design techniques. Additionally, Kaitlin has been an Assistant Property Manager at Toronto Residential Rental Buildings since April 2015, where responsibilities include tenant relations and property maintenance. Previous roles include Design and Production Assistant at Honeybea Design Hive, Visual Merchandiser and Stock Manager at Viscomi Enterprises, and Sales Associate at Forever 21. Kaitlin holds a Bachelor of Design in Fashion/Apparel Design from Ryerson University, completed in 2018.
