Wendi Colby (She/Her/Hers)

Wendi Colby began their work experience in 2005 as the Director of Human Resources at The Willard InterContinental Hotel. Wendi then worked as the Director of Human Resources at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company from 2010 to 2012. In 2012, they became the Vice President of Human Resources at Archstone. From 2013 to 2021, Wendi worked at Apple as a People Business Partner. Currently, they hold the position of Chief People Officer at BBYO.

Wendi Colby obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Drexel University, which they attended from 1991 to 1995. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in MBA- Masters of Business from Trinity Washington University, studying from 2003 to 2004.
