Jennifer Gill is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic human resources and education. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic People Programs at BC Assessment since January 2020, Jennifer has also held key positions such as Learning Centre Manager, where the Leading Change Leadership Award was received in 2021. Prior to BC Assessment, Jennifer worked as the Manager of Training and Professional Development at the Office of the Auditor General of British Columbia, earning the Innovation Award in 2017. Jennifer's academic background includes various roles at the University of Victoria, where contributions ranged from curriculum design to training management. Jennifer's education includes a Bachelor of Education with Distinction, a Master of Arts in Geography, and a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Geography/Environment and Resources Management, all from Western University.
