Colin Siu

Colin Siu, MD, MPH, currently serves as Program Medical Director for Primary Care & Chronic Disease Management at Fraser Health Authority, overseeing clinical leadership for multiple Urgent and Primary Care Centres. With a background as Regional Department Head of Family Practice at Fraser Health, Colin has successfully expanded the Fraser Health Return of Service Program and initiated various pilot programs. As a Family Physician with Vancouver Coastal Health and a General Practitioner in Oncology at BC Cancer, Colin evaluates and manages patients across different healthcare settings. Additionally, Colin is a Clinical Instructor at The University of British Columbia, contributes to research and policy development regarding healthcare access and equity, and actively participates in various committees, including the Hamber Foundation Board and the College of Family Physicians of Canada. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Health from Harvard University, as well as residency training in Family and Emergency Medicine from the University of Toronto.
