Sara Izadi-Najafabadi

Sara Izadi-Najafabadi is an experienced project manager and UX researcher currently leading initiatives in experience research at BC Cancer, focusing on enhancing telehealth through user experience research and significant increases in patient satisfaction. Previous roles include a UX researcher at Microsoft, where Sara contributed to improving employee experiences with platforms like Copilot and Viva, and a clinical research coordinator at The University of British Columbia, leading multifaceted UX projects and collaborating on various research initiatives. Sara also served as the Vice President for Academic and University Affairs at UBC's Graduate Student Society, advocating for student well-being and inclusivity. Educationally, Sara holds a Ph.D. in Rehabilitation Science from the University of British Columbia and advanced degrees in Occupational Therapy from Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences.
