Steven Brown

Steven Brown currently serves as the Director of Clinical Informatics at BC Cancer since July 2023. Prior to this role, Steven held the position of Senior Leader at the Provincial Health Services Authority from August 2021 to July 2023. Steven has extensive experience at BC Cancer, including positions such as Director of Clinical Informatics and Digital Health, Manager of Regional Centre Services, and Clinical Informatics Adoption Lead, beginning in 2014. Earlier career roles included Senior Team Lead at POSI - BC Cancer Agency, Radiation Therapist at Cape Breton Regional Hospital, and Machine Assistant at Crown Packaging. Additionally, Steven contributed to the YMCA of Greater Vancouver as a Child and Family Programmer and Camp Supervisor. Steven holds two Bachelor of Technology degrees from the British Columbia Institute of Technology in Radiation Therapy and Medical Radiologic Technology/Science.
