Tracy Irwin

Tracy Irwin serves as the Chief Operating Officer at BC Cancer since July 2023, concurrently holding the position of Senior Executive Director for Strategy, Planning & Implementation. With a longstanding association with UBC School of Population and Public Health as Adjunct Faculty since September 2005, Tracy brings extensive experience from Fraser Health Authority, where several roles included Executive Director of Innovation & Research, Planning & Transformation, and Organization Development for nearly 18 years. Previous roles include managerial positions at Provincial Health Services Authority and KPMG Consulting, where Tracy advanced from Manager to Senior Consultant. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Health Administration from The University of British Columbia.
