Kevin Konczos

Kevin Konczos is an experienced construction management professional with a comprehensive background in preconstruction and estimating. Currently serving as the Director of Preconstruction at BC Construction Group since September 2022, Kevin previously held multiple roles including Preconstruction Executive, Project Manager, and Estimator at Welty Building Construction from December 2016 to December 2022. Prior experience includes positions as an Estimator at Commercial Interior Resources and Swinerton Builders, and Lead Estimator for Business Development at The Krill Co., Inc. Kevin began the career as an Estimator at The PENTA Building Group. Kevin holds a degree in Construction Management from Arizona State University, earned between 2003 and 2006.
