S.e. Harp

S.E. (Chip) Harp has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. S.E. (Chip) is currently serving as the Vice President of the Education Group at BC Construction Group since June 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Program Management at the same company from July 2020 to June 2021. From October 2019 to July 2020, they worked as the Director of Business Development at BC Construction Group.

Before joining BC Construction Group, Harp held leadership positions at Schoolhouse Development, LLC and SchoolDev East, LLC, where they served as the Vice President for the Southeast region from May 2017 to September 2019.

S.E. (Chip)'sexperience also includes working as a Consultant at True North Companies, LLC from January 2016 to May 2017, where they provided charter school facility financing and multifamily administrative lending support for projects throughout the Southeast. S.E. (Chip) also supported the company's internal financial initiatives.

Harp began their career as the Principal at Northampton from February 2009 to May 2017. S.E. (Chip) then served as the Director of Finance and Administration at Pinnacle Prime Contractors from February 2009 to January 2013.

Prior to their roles in the construction and development industry, Harp worked as the Group Vice President at Darby Bank & Trust Co. from January 2007 to February 2009 and as a Senior Vice President at Regions Bank from 1999 to 2005.

S.E. (Chip) Harp attended Valdosta State University from 1984 to 1987, where they obtained a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management. Prior to that, they attended Darton College in 1983-1984 but did not complete a degree. In 2016, Harp obtained a certification as a Procore Certified Associate from Procore Technologies.
