Susan Teppin

Susan Teppin, BCom, ABC has a diverse work experience spanning over 30 years in various industries. Susan started their career in 1989 at Canadian Western Bank, where they served as a Manager, Commercial Credit Administration Officer, and Intermediate Accounting Officer until 1994. Following that, they worked in various accounting contracts as an Accountant from 1994 to 1997.

From 1996 to 1999, Susan worked at RSI TECHNOLOGIES LTD as a Business Manager & Accountant. Susan then moved on to various companies as a Communications Project Manager from 1999 to 2004.

In 2004, Susan joined Island Savings as a Communications Officer until 2008. Subsequently, they worked at BC Energy Regulator in multiple roles. From 2010 to 2017, they served as a Communications Specialist and Communications Coordinator, and from 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Manager, Human Resources. Currently, Susan holds the position of Director Human Resources Operations at BC Energy Regulator, where they lead the designing, delivering, and administering of all aspects of human resource operations. Susan manages a team of experts and collaborates with divisional leaders and cross-functional teams to provide exceptional care to a diverse client base.

Susan Teppin has a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Royal Roads University, which they obtained from 1999 to 2003. Susan also holds a Business Diploma in Marketing and Public Relations from Camosun College, completed from 1998 to 2000. In addition, they received an ABC Accreditation in Strategic Communications and Leadership from Royal Roads University in 2012.
